1) The Chairman shall appoint a President who will assist the Chairman in organizing  meetings, creating agendas, inviting members, speakers, and conference hosts and preparing conference reports

2) the Chairman and President shall receive reimbursement of lodging, travel and other related expenses from conference membership fees.

3) The Chairman and President shall appoint a board of Directors who shall participate in creating agendas, appointing working groups to create standards and conducting special projects.

4) Conferences generally be held in spring and fall in cities where a Telecom invitation and Venue sponsorship is received. 

5) Conference attendees will be "invitation only" and include industry telecoms, service providers and vendors who will share the estimated cost.

6) The estimated cost will be estimated by the Chairman and shall be sufficient to cover the cost of Venue and lunches in case they are not sponsored. One dinner and one Tour may be sponsored by vendors otherwise attendees cover their own costs. 

7) Attendees will arrive on Sun and convene Mon, Tues and Wed (half day).

8) A lady's program for shopping and a tour will be organized by a lady selected by the Chairman or President.

9) As the TTA reaches profitability, the Chairman may chose to conduct special studies or projects and provide cash awards to TTA participants as he may chose.

10)  The TTA supports all of its members in promoting their programs. TTA publishes press releases, includes presentations in conference proceedings, invites sponsorship of dinners and tours, etc, all members having equal opportunity within the guidelines set forth by the TTA board members.
