As Founder and Chairman of Voicemail International, Paul developed a central office certified Voicemail platorm  and licensed Telecoms in 35 centers and 14 contries.  Paul Co-founded the International Voicemail Association serving as President for 20 years, growing to 250 members representing service providers and vendors worldwide.  

Paul lead the Voicemai industry through a major communications transition, creating a new communications category that became a standard service used around the world. The IVMA established standards and created relationships between Telecoms worldwde.  Today Voicemail is used by everyone, everywhere in the world.

The IVMA recognized the need to deliver messages between multiple systems worldwide and commissioned development of a Global Numbers Directory. The arrival of the Internet obviated the need but the opportuniity to provide number portability resulted in the founding of Netnumber Inc. and the adopiton of their global directory by wireless operators worldwide.

Today, the lack of Trust in communications causes inconvenience and is a costly nucense to users worldwide.  RCID and Trusted AI solutions will help restore Trust in communications although, like the Voicemail industry in the past, the lack of standards and cooperation will slow or prevent the restoration of trust for some time to come.

Given the success of the Voicemail industry by the IVMA, it would seem approprate that consideration should be given to the formation of the Trusted Telecom Association. I am offering to act in an advisory role for the good of the Industry and asking for nothing in return!
