Steve Case’s point is powerful: in an AI-centered world, people will place more value on real human connection, real places, real relationships, and authentic experiences. Fortune reported that Case said the next phase is vertical AI built around domain expertise, and that as AI becomes everywhere, people will value “real people, real places, and real authentic experiences.”  

Given the history of the International Voicemail Association and the vision for a Trusted communications, Steve Case is one of the few technology pioneers who would appreciate the analogy between the Voicemail Association of the 1980s and Trusted Telecom Association today.
